Advertiser Terms and Conditions
Advertisers (hereafter referred to as “Advertiser”, “You”, “Your”) who advertise on
www.iaspire.co.in or www.iaspire.in, (hereafter referred to as “Cutting-Edge Career
zones”, “Sites", “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions:
- Advertisers must comply with lawful and ethical practices before using any service by
Cutting-Edge Career Pvt. Ltd.
- Cutting-Edge Career reserves the right to review job advertisements content
before making it published on the website. After review, we reserve the right to
withdraw the advertisement with or without notice in case the content or idea
doesn’t match our rules, terms or conditions, or breach any clause of agreement.
- In case such advertisement gets posted on our website without review, and we later
find it in violation of our rules, terms or conditions, we reserve the right to delete it
with or without due notice.
- Further, Cutting–Edge Career reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion,
reject or remove any advertisement from the website for any reason.
- Cutting–Edge Career cannot and does not guarantee or warrant to the Advertiser
that files available for downloading through the website or delivered via electronic
mail through the website will be free of infection or viruses, or other code that
manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Advertisers are requested
to implement sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy their particular
requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means
external to the site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
- We do not
claim any responsibility for errors or grammatical mistakes, if any. We hence request
advertisers to give error free copies. Advertisers are also required to check the ad
copies for errors regularly.
- Cutting–Edge Career is not liable for any loss or damage incurred to an Advertiser.
- The Advertiser warrants that to enter into this agreement and perform its obligations
under it.
- The advertiser also warrants that the ad copies they design are original do not
breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- In case a third-party claims to a breach of Copyright or Intellectual Right over any ad
content, the particular advertiser is solely responsible for it.
- The advertisers also agree not to include any hate, racist, abusive or offensive use
of language in the ad copies. We reserve all the rights to withdraw such ads and
advertisers.
- Sending unsolicited commercial email to candidates is strictly prohibited.
- Advertisers agree that Cutting–Edge Career only acts as a medium through which
individuals (job seekers) and companies (employers) contact each other. Cutting–
Edge Career does not evaluate, nor is it responsible for evaluating job candidates.
- Cutting–Edge Career reserves the right at all times without the need to have
to provide any notice to Advertisers, to alter the functionality and appearance
of its products and services available from Cutting–Edge Career or through the
Cutting–Edge Career Site, where CUTTING-EDGE CAREER believes changes are
required in order to promote a consistent experience for job applicants using the
Site or to enable Cutting–Edge Career to provide a more relevant ranking of job
advertisements appearing on the Site for job Cutting–Edge Career, including
but not limited to the appearance of the job advertisements appearing on the
www.iaspire.co.in Site.
- Cutting–Edge Career reserves the right to alter, mould or completely change any or
all features of the website, with or without prior notice to the advertisers.
- If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be cut off from this
agreement, without affecting the other clauses mentioned in this agreement.
User Terms and Conditions
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services
available through the www.iaspire.co.in website (hereafter referred to as “Cutting-Edge Pvt.
Ltd.”, “site”, “company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using the site, you (hereafter referred
to as “You”, “Your”, “Job seeker”) agree to adhere by the terms and conditions mentioned
below. Cutting–Edge Career reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, with or
without any prior notification. If notified, we may choose any communication medium we like.
The modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the agreement on the site.
- Registration Information: When you register and create a login account with
www.iaspire.co.in website, you will have to provide personal information including
but not limited to, a valid email address, original name, contact numbers and
resume. The information given by you shall be treated as final and all source of
communication with you. In case you did not give us the correct information, we are
not liable to the job opportunities that you may miss.
- Third Party Information: You understand and agree that we may disclose certain
information to third parties. However, we may not do this without your prior consent,
except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws.
- Data Privacy and SMS Alerts: By registering with the website, you give the hiring
companies and advertisers the right to contact you by any or all mediums you have
listed. Cutting–Edge Career is not responsible for any kind of inconvenience, if any,
faced by you from job seekers. We also reserve the right to send relevant job alerts
via SMS and email, as and when they become available.
- Links to Other Sites: Cutting–Edge Career website contains links to third party
web sites. These links are provided for information and/or advertisement purpose
only, and we hold no responsibility for such sites. As you click on a third part link
and leave CUTTING-EDGE CAREER , our terms and conditions and privacy policy lose
their merit and we are not held responsible for those websites.
- Content on Cutting–Edge Career: The entire content on Cutting –Edge Career
is solely owned by us. The content on our website, including but not limited to
text, graphics, images, logos, buttons and icons are protected under copyright,
trademark and other laws. You are not authorized to use of the content for personal
or commercial purposes.
- You agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Cutting–Edge
Career.

be corrected immediately.

unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet, or while stored
on Cutting–Edge Career systems or on www.iaspire.co.in site. Cutting–Edge Career
disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this
occur.
- You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your
